Garage & Shop

A 1500 sq ft two bay garage with plentiful storage is located on the north side of the farmhouse. The shop is enclosed with westward facing windows and mounted workbenches. Heavily insulated with newer interior and exterior siding, recently installed articulated garage doors and a composite roof. There is a covered area for RV parking on the north side of the building.

Manufactured Home

The Manufactured Home is a single story residence with 1612 sq ft and attached single car garage. Built in the late 1980`s, this home has been updated with a contemporary palette. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has a master bedroom w/ en-suite bath. Floor coverings include ceramic tile, carpeting, vinyl and laminate. Cozy up to the living room’s wood burning stove on winter nights. The family room over looks the spacious backyard. Views from the home include expansive mountain, forest, lake and pasture views. There is a large laundry room and adjacent pantry with ample storage. This home is also serviced by the domestic well and upgrades include a new furnace and heat pump system and insulation beneath the house.

Barn (original structure)

The large historic barn originally built from cedar logged from the property has been refurbished and features a sizable loft, running water with a large metal farm sink, electricity and ample room for livestock & hay storage.

Multi-Use Shed (new permitted structure)           

This is a newly constructed multi-use building with 3375 sf. of usable space. The structure is heavily insulated and features three large bay doors on the west wall, (large enough to accommodate a large vehicle, trailer with boats etc.) and windows on the south wall. There are also conventional doors for egress on the southeast and northwest corners of the building. The north wall has been stemmed out for water and a large concrete pad has recently been poured for additional closed storage on the north side of the building (closed in by a sliding barn door).

Greenhouse

The greenhouse is a 2220 sf. four-season structure that is capable of supporting a substantial number of nursery stock, floral or vegetable starts. Located inside is a “clean” propagation room, with germination mats. The greenhouse facility features interior and exterior frost-free water hydrants, a large Modine heater, misting tents, and environmental controls (i.e. two large exhaust fans, vents and a large commercial grade shade cloth).

Gothic High Tunnel Hoophouse (new structure)

The hoop house is utilized to lengthen the growing season. When skinned with polyethylene plastic film this structure offers 3330 sf. of controlled agricultural environment and is designed to support consecutive plantings throughout an extended growing season.

Pastures, Outbuildings, Water Access

There are 20 fenced and gated acres for livestock with a small barn and covered hay storage, loafing shed, head gate and handling area. Additional acreage is available to be developed as pasturage. Frost-free hydrants service the pastures as well as the barn and greenhouse.

Natural Resources

Indian Creek flows through the southwest corner of the property. There are 2 ponds on the acreage that are fed by a year round robust spring. The forested acreage is comprised of Spruce, Western Red Cedar, Red Alder, Douglas Fir, Grand Fir, Hemlock and Big Leaf Maple. There is a separate document that details the professional valuation of the forested acreage.

  • A site for photography (the farm has been the site of professional photo shoots that required a rural character)
